Neurodevelopmental Genetics Laboratory
본 연구실은 소아기에 나타나는 신경발달질환의 유전학적 원인 탐색, 유전형-표현형간 관계 규명, 바이오마커 발굴을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 궁극적으로는 이를 통하여 질환 조기발견 및 조기개입을 달성하기 위한 중개연구를 수행하고자 합니다. 임상 검체에서 유전체, 후성유전체, 전사체 데이터를 얻고, 이러한 빅데이터를 다양한 통계적 기법과 기계학습을 통하여 분석하여 기초와 임상을 아우르는 연구를 추구합니다.
